Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the firm's goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media, Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, & more.
• Handling complete digital Marketing team and co-ordinating with concerned team members and reaching the company and team members goals.
• Handle Specific clients - 2 to 3 - depending on work for the project.
• Overview SMM and SEO activities by the team members given with respective responsibilities.
• Manage complete paid advertising campaigns: This includes creating and managing PPC ads on search engines and social media platforms.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns: This includes developing campaign goals, strategies, and tactics; creating and managing budgets; and tracking and reporting on results.
• Create and manage content : This includes writing blog posts, articles, and social media posts; creating and editing videos and images; and designing and developing web pages and landing pages.
• Optimize websites for search engines: This includes conducting keyword research, optimizing website content and structure, and building backlinks.
• Manage social media accounts: This includes creating and scheduling social media posts, engaging with followers, and running social media ads.
• Analyze website traffic and marketing data: This includes using analytics tools to track website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics.
• Report on marketing results: Regularly update with overall reports of the projects client project is sent to clients and in-house project report sent to management via email and update the progress overall work and status.
• Coordinate with the designer and create and manage engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web pages, blog content, or social media messages.
• Fix any errors or bugs in online content.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.
• Research and monitor the activities of company competitors.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Keep Communication with the team and maintain the coordination.

Requirements:

• Great communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive and self-starter.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience.
• Candidates with education in online marketing will be preferred.
• The candidate should have done a paid campaign with set budgets on digital platforms, creating a campaign till implementation.
• 4+ years of experience and experience in IT services will be preferred.
