Digital Marketing Professional

Role & responsibilities

• Setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns and Facebook Campaigns.
• Identifying and evaluating creative growth opportunities like Remarketing, retention ads.
• Optimizing & analyzing campaigns and campaign management, keywords targeting, optimization based on data driven strategies, etc.
• Executing tests; collect and analyze data; identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid campaigns.
• Managing the budget spending for Digital marketing.
• Advancing our internal tools, especially towards customer Persona and journey, using marketing cloud and analytics resources/tools.
• Supporting teams through A/B testing, influencing teams to implement features that improve lead generation.
• Measuring and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Co-ordinating with content team and web team over the requirements for Digital Campaigns and to constantly improve current Digital assets like Landing page, Ad creatives, Emailers, etc.
• Working knowledge of tools like SEMrush, Marketing Cloud (Salesforce and HubSpot) and CRM.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in IT B.E/B. Tech in ECE/IT/CS or B.Sc. in IT.
• Preferably MBA in Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in running Digital Campaigns.

Skills and Competencies

• Must have hands-on experience with SEM/ PPC/ Google Ads/ Google Display/ Social Media marketing/SEO/ Google Analytics.
• Must have hands-on experience with optimization various digital channels of marketing.
• Must have a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, Cookies, A/B testing, etc.).
• Must be familiar with SEMrush tool.
• Must have working knowledge of any marketing cloud like Salesforce and HubSpot will have the added advantage.
• Must have good communication and presentation skills.
