Finance Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Invoice Processing - Accurately processes vendor invoices and ensures timely payments.
• Payment Processing - Handle weekly and monthly payment runs, including electronic transfers and check payments.
• Vendor Management - Maintain relationships with vendors, resolve any discrepancies, and handle queries.
• Reconciliation - Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Compliance - Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records and document all financial transactions.
• Reporting - Prepare accounts payable reports and assist in month-end closing processes.
• Email - Communicate timely to internal and external customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education Qualification - BCom/ MBA in Finance
