Finance Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in financial operations and a strong understanding of accounting software such as Tally or SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
Prepare financial statements and assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow forecasting.
Maintain and update financial records in Tally/SAP.
Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Assist in audits and work closely with auditors to provide required documentation.
Provide support to the finance team on ad-hoc projects and financial analysis.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Proficiency in Tally or SAP is mandatory.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Off)
