Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable process from invoicing to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for GRN (Goods Received Note) creation, vendor reconciliation, and invoice processing.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to finance operations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and perform regular audits as required.
  
• Provide support in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to vendor payments.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in accountancy or a similar field.
  
• B.Com degree in Any Specialization; M.Com / MBA preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP software is essential; proficiency in MS Excel also necessary.
