Description:

The responsibilities of a Project coordinator include ensuring the schedule and details of a given task are well organized and communicating with various clients to keep everyone on board about any changes to the project plan.

Skills :

• Excellent English Communication Skills.
• Must be able to communicate with US based Clients.
• International Client Handling Experience preferred (Chats, E-Mail and Calls).
• Logical thinking and Analytical skills.
• Quick learner and adaptable to technological upgradation.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shift and Weekend.
• Must have Word, Excel, E-Mail Handling, and basic computer proficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prompt communication with Clients while handling live projects along with team members.
• Keep monitoring work allocation to all the team members.
• Getting Project related Queries resolved in consultation with Clients and team members. Ensuring Data confidentiality in line with Organizational policies.
• Ensure on time Project Deliverables.
• Keeping internal records updated on real time.
• Ensuring Shift handovers are complete and accurate.
