Job Description
- Work across the People organization and with other members of the product team to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for recruiting technology platforms, aligning with strategic People team goals and objectives
- Collaborate with partners, including business leaders, engineering teams, and end-users to gather and understand their requirements
- Good understanding of End-to-End Recruiting processes, ranging from planing, formulating, posting, engaging, sourcing, screening, assessing, offering and hiringWell-verse in delivering technology solutions in Recruiting using enterprise or home-grown custom People products for Candidates (CRM, ATS, Events, Career Sites, Assessment, etc)Assist in creating and maintaining a prioritized backlog of features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business value and urgency
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in collaboration with engineering teams
- Draft requirements and user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and release plansCollaborate with UX designers to ensure a seamless and engaging employee experience
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to help identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement
- Contribute towards continuous improvement of leading standard processes
- Influence decisions and facilitate change management through collaboration and leadership
- Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with managers, leaders, and subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional, and technology areas
- 8+ years of HR technology product management experience, ideally in recruiting technology.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience leading implementations for in-house and cloud developed solutions in recruiting area
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools for measuring HR performance and employee satisfaction.
- Demonstrated experience conducting design workshops with cross-functional and worldwide business partners
- Thrives in ambiguous work environment. Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience delivering global, enterprise HR solutions that can scale
- Experience evaluating solution options and formulating business cases
- Experience creating effective business requirements
- Ability to use data and analysis to stitch and drive decision-making
- Drives change laterally across regions and organizations using influencing skills
- Leadership and mentoring abilities, ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting.
- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) and HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
