Job Description
- 6+ years of experience in a Business Analytics role
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools
- 3+ years of process design experience; People process design preferred
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Ability to use data and analysis to drive process improvement.
- Proven success in creating efficient business processes and willing to challenge the status quo.
- Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with subject matter experts in a variety of business, functional and technology areas
- Hands-on experience in implementing and maintaining People processes, Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks under pressure.
- Experience optimizing global People processes preferred. Flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success.
- Experience evaluating solution options and formulating business cases, Act as a liaison between the Business and technology partners to ensure business objectives will be achieved with proposed technology solutions.
- Ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting. Demonstrated experience supporting process design workshops with global partners.
- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) or HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR) are a plus
