Job Description:


We are looking for Territory sale manager a dynamic to join our team and drive B2C and B2B sales for Real estate Industry.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Meet prospective clients and provide product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Engage with Apartment/Society Committee Members to understand business opportunities.
  • Identify, educate, qualify, and generate leads for sales.
  • Onboard new apartments onto the NoBrokerHood platform.
  • Conduct market research and generate potential leads from online and offline sources.
  • Travel on-field daily to meet clients and close deals.

Requirements:


  • 1+ years of field sales experience with a proven sales track record.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
  • Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
  • Good knowledge of local areas and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
