RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Sales
 • Owning offline bus ticket sales in the region through travel agents and keeping a daily account • Achieving ticket sales targets and agents onboarding numbers, educating and training agents regarding our B2B portal • Regular visit to agents and relationship management; cash collection and deposit if required • Responsible for spot bus ticket bookings and boarding point sales activities.


Operations
• Responsibility of boarding the passengers to buses at dedicated boarding point through bus captains • Ensuring amenities on the buses are as promised to our customers • Supervision of service performance and continuous improvement customer ratings, NPS, on time arrival & departure • Regular coordination with bus operators and their staff to fix bus related issues within stipulated time • Handle ground staff like bus captains, driver/helpers and ensure compliance & SOP implementation • Execution of centrally devised offline promotional campaigns and marketing activities in the city.
