Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Sales and Business Development: You will be responsible for driving sales of IPL Biologicals products within your assigned territory. This will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management: You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers within your territory, providing them with product information, technical support, and customer service as needed. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers will be essential to your success in this role.

3. Market Analysis and Strategy: You will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis to understand the needs and preferences of customers within your territory. Based on this information, you will develop and implement sales strategies to effectively reach and engage with potential customers.

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams: You will work closely with the IPL Biologicals marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that sales objectives are achieved.

Qualifications:

- A bachelors degree in business, agriculture, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the agricultural industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A strong understanding of agricultural practices and biological products
