Operator Engagement: Act as their advisor and foster a healthy relationship with them. engage with them on a daily basis to ensure there is continuous dialogue
Account Management: Oversee all their routes and update them of the income from each route - routes and buses that are performers vs non performers
Problem Resolution: first point of contact for any problem that they may face - operations, financial, etc
Analysis: Track and analyze the operator interest in working with us and investing more
Competitor mapping: Ensure that all market info is passed onto us and all our existing operators are mapped properly so we know in case they are working or exploring some other opportunities as well. This would include competitor contract, pricing info etc as well
Work closely with internal teams to align operators interests with company growth
Identify and pass the leads of any other operators who are interested in working with us
Requirements:
Should speak Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada (as many as possible)
Work experience of about 5 years.
Should have worked as an account manager / relationship manager
