Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Executive at Unacademy, you will play a pivotal role in engaging prospective learners, understanding their requirements, and converting them into loyal customers by recommending the right learning products. You will be responsible for managing and driving the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:
    Identify and contact potential leads through phone calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads based on needs, interest, and fit for the product offerings.
  • Product Demonstration:
    Conduct product demos, webinars, and presentations to explain the platform's features and benefits to prospective customers.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Engage with inbound and outbound leads, follow up on queries, and maintain a relationship throughout the sales cycle.
  • Sales Conversion:
    Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into paying customers. Work closely with the team to ensure timely and accurate follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    O-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or direct sales, preferably in the edtech, SaaS, or related industries, Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to converse with senior decision-makers and deliver clear, concise product pitches.
  • Problem Solving & Negotiation:
    Ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Salary - 3lpa fixed
