Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth by connecting with prospective and existing customers, building strong relationships, and promoting our skincare products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Present and promote Avataar Skincare products to prospective clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the product range to provide accurate information and recommendations.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 0-5 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Passion for skincare and a customer-centric mindset.
