leadership team
Show room visits and managing relationship with Showroom sales staff
Closing monitoring the sales executives and Helping them in achieving productivity
Clearing PDD and tracking the same
Field level coordination with collections to ensure early defaulters are
Driving the Sales team as per the direction of ASM
