## Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit top-tier technical talent specializing in cloud technologies, databases, and software development
- Develop and implement advanced recruitment strategies leveraging Gen-AI tools and techniques
- Conduct comprehensive technical screening for roles in cloud computing, software development, and quality assurance
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for Apex1's rapidly expanding technology teams
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand complex technical role requirements
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including social media, professional networks, and tech conferences
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process with a high-performance, results-driven approach

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- **Minimum 3 years of technical recruitment experience**
- Deep understanding of cloud technologies, development methodologies, and QA processes
- Proven track record of successful technical hiring
- Advanced knowledge of Gen-AI recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
