HR Admin Lead

Key role and responsibilities -

Talent Acquisition:

• Candidate must have an experience in hiring & closing the positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment and selection process
• Closure of junior level to senior level positions within the assigned TAT
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires

HR Policies and Procedures:

• Ensure the consistent application of HR policies and procedures
• Stay updated on labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance
• Implement and communicate changes in policies as needed

Employee Relations:

• Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment
• Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in collaboration with management
• Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and motivation

Data Management:

• Maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee information
• Generate reports on key HR metrics for management review

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs
• Work closely with operations teams to understand workforce requirements

Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities
