- Office Administration: Oversee office supplies, maintain inventory, and handle vendor coordination for administrative needs.
- Employee Engagement: Support HR in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, including events and training sessions.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and termination records, are accurate and up-to-date.
- Leave and Attendance Tracking: Monitor employee leave records, attendance, and resolve related discrepancies.
- Grievance Handling: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and escalate issues to HR leadership when required.
- Reports and Metrics: Generate periodic reports on HR and admin-related metrics, such as headcount and attrition
- Construction industry preferred
