Role & responsibilities
ON SALES
1. Achieving Region target
2. Successfully launching of new brands
3. Building a robust PCPM
4. Controlling Expires
5. Acquisition of KBI and KOL for brand building by conducting different scientific activities
6. Sales forecasting and ensuring availability of all brands at SD/CFA
7. Organizing/ participation of Dr CONFERENCES AND CME
8. Giving competitor activity and market feedback to PMT
9. Monitoring sales weekly and driving team towards the goal
10. Establishing a strong process (Customer Coverage, Frequency of visit etc)
11. Implementation of marketing strategy
12. Getting proper authentic sales data from team and sending to HO
13. Monitoring ROI
ON PEOPLE
1. Developing team through ethics and values in line with organization
2. Filling up VACANCIES on time by coordinating with HR team
3. Review their performance periodically and giving critical feedback and road map for development
4. Understanding each team members strength and weakness and working on them for overall development
5. Improving product knowledge of self and team in coordination with training team and pmt.
6. Allocating proper time for ASM and self across the region as per need (Tour plan design and approval)
