Job Summary:
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across north and south India. You will be the driving force behind our sales team, leading from the front to ensure seamless sales operations and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
○ Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in key markets across India.
○ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
○ Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
○ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
○ Build and maintain strong, longlisting customer relationships.
○ Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
○ Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads.
○ Liaise with Product Development and Customer Service teams to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.ponsibilities
