Production Officer

Role & responsibilities

Ensure Execution of activities as per Production plan.

• Initiating and Supervising primary and secondary Packing activities.
• To ensure dispensing and receiving of primary packing materials and miscellaneous materials as per SOP and Batch Records.
• Ensuring proper cleaning of area and equipments as per current SOP.
• Ensure all the line clearance activities are performed before every process.
• Documenting all activities as per GDP Norms.
• Reporting and escalating incidents immediately as situation demands.
• Execution of regular leak test and pin hole in a planned schedule and online closure of documents.
• Execution of GMP guidelines in shop floor.
• Utilization of manpower in a controlled way to get good productivity.
• Co-ordinate with Engineering Department to minimize the production loss due to maintenance breakdown.
• Co-ordinate with QA Dept for attending
