Job Description
- Good understanding of fund administration systems and the transfer agency process
- Good understanding of Transfer Agency software such as Deep Pool Mantra / Purview
- Good understanding/writing experience in Mantra/Purview reporting
- Good understanding of processing Investor transactions ( Subscription , Redemptions , Transafers )
- Better understanding of Orders and pricing
- Better understanding of estimate, final NAV & Profit loss allocation
- Good understanding of fund structure
- Better understanding of FACTA and investor screening
- A high level of familiarity with global anti-money laundering and KYC standard
- Worked on transfer Agency software upgrade & migration.
Experience and Knowledge:
- 3-7 years of related experience in Investor Services and Fund Admin.
- Experience in setup and maintenance of fund/Investor Data on transfer agency system.
- Good experience in Class, Legal Entity, Portfolio, Contact setup and working.
- Experience in set up of Mantra Web profiles & report setup
- Experience in SSIS Jobs setup and maintenance
- Experience in Import jobs monitoring and processing
- Connect with operation to understand & resolve their issues.
- Strong command on SQL, DBA and advance Excel
- Connect with auditors & able to handle their queries.
- Expertise in Market Value, Performance, Management Fee calculations.
- Able to handle reporting issue/New requirement raised by operations.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Create and maintain Business documentation, including user manuals and guides.
Other Skills:
- Good team player, ability to work on a local, regional, and global basis.
- Good communication & management skills
- Good understanding of Financial Services/ Capital Markets/ Fund Administration
