Job Description
- Overseeing Investors Life Management ( ILM ) team in Hyderabad office, ensuring that the team works efficiently on tasks assigned by other managers in various APAC offices, including Australia and Singapore;
- Acting as the key contact point for the ILM team managers in other APAC offices, including Australia and Singapore;
- Familiar with the Anti-Money Laundering ( AML ) and Know-Your-Customers ( KYC ) standards in various APAC regions (preferably Australian and Singaporean standards);
- Reviewing the quality of work of team member;
- Monitoring the performance of each team member;
- Mentoring and training officers;
- Assisting with crisis management with clients in Australia and Singapore;
- Ability to work independently and suggesting/improving work process between teams in Hyderabad and other APAC offices; and
- Reporting Key Performance Indicators ( KPI ) to upper management, including APAC ILM team Senior Manager.
