Beautiful office, supportive managers, work life balance is good. Only 2 days work from office, no fixed hours as long as your work is done. Frequent parties and outings, always in 5 star hotels and fully paid.

Salary is good but could be better, given that alter domus pays very well in countries outside India.

Nothing really, higher-ups are intentionally toxic.

Dislikes

Almost Everything. Intentional toxicity from higher-ups. Most of the people, managers and above don't really work and make juniors do their work. IT services are poor too. Often they'll call you on WhatsApp and ask for extra work for literally no credit, they will not ask this nicely but rather in the most unprofessional way possible. Most of the employees below the manager level are extremely frustrated but scared to open up as they fear it might put their corporate careers at risk.

This is the worst company in Ireland. The biggest exploiters in financial industry.

Dislikes

No training, no team support very bad and worthless managers who themselves are data entry operators and dont care about the staff.
