Job description

Graduate in any discipline .Experience of having worked at the Central warehouse or mother warehouse of a Pharmaceutical company as Stores Assistant / Stores incharge responsible for the Receipt and Dispatch of finished goods . Coordinating with labour for unloading and loading of incoming and outgoing goods . Physical counting of incoming and outgoing goods .

Those who have worked in similar capacity in Depot, Branch , CFA of FMCG - PHARMACEUTICAL Company / Distributor .

To Pick the items from inventory available according to the Order form and get it properly packed from the packers and arrange to despatch to pan India locations through FTL/ Surface courier / Parcel load/ booking at transport .

To check both incoming/ outgoing finished goods / the items to ensure they are not damaged or faulty while receiving as well as despatch.

Pack and store goods according to specified packing guideline and storage practices.

Selection of transport , courier as per suitability / TAT, pricing / Urgency of Goods / FIFO and coordination with them for despatch .

To keep the store well organised and work area in orderliness at all times.

Ensure that internal delivery processes are adhered to, FIFO & FEFO in followed at the stores.

Ability to answer the queries of the Indenting team.
