Hiring Electrician For Formulation Pharmaceutical Plant

Location: Roorkee

Preference: Candidate must be from Pharma Industry only

1. Ensure healthiness of plant HT and LT electrical installations

2. Ensure upkeeping of plant captive power

3. Prepare Engineering SOPs and ensure imparting training to maintenance team

4. Ensure facility maintenance as per cGMP norms

5. Ensure zero Loss Time in Accident in plant by implementing safety systems and

practices by engineering team and contractors

6. Ensure energy saving ideas implementation

7. Ensure operation and maintenance of utilities for its optimum performance

8. Ensure compliance of statutory norms

9. Ensure maintenance of inventory of machinery spares for optimum machineries up

keeping-

10. Ensure procurement of machine spares and material for facility up keeping by

coordinating with the corporate purchase team

11. Preparation of Operating expenses and capital expenses budget for the financial year

and managing the expenses as per the budget

12. Coordination with UPCL for un- interrupted electric power supply

13. Timely electric bill payment, DG- cess payment, transformer and DG energization

14. Coordination with contractors for work at site

15. Ensure compliance of GMP documents of Engineering department

16. Ensure proper working of fire hydrant and fire extinguishing systems

17. Ensure up keeping of engineering drawings with knowledge of auto cad.

18. Ensure smooth equipment operation so as to minimize equipment downtime
