About the Role


The BPM/ Change Manager is responsible for working with the key interface between the project, Operations stakeholders, and the Operations Implementation Lead in ensuring the change is delivered in a smooth and successful manner.

Reporting to the analysis and data migration lead - Institutional, in the role, he/she will deliver the GoldTier Initiatives (project managing the implementation of KYC platform, integrations and change management related to the same) across ANZ in International Operations by:

Driving the change management, stakeholder management, operations readiness, and implementation activities across NZ, and other initiatives such as Individual KYC master and Customer ID extension. This role requires domain knowledge of KYC, Change, experience in Data Analysis. He / she shall assist in the delivery of training documentation, prepare / review of artefacts, assist in the development of target operating model, documenting new processes, as well as working closely with a wide range of stakeholders in the Division (business, operations, technology, projects) and Group (finance, risk, data governance, technology) to ensure a well-managed delivery.

What will your day look like


Financial:

  • Actively Design and develop project plan including change and operational support model across the locations and service centres that are fit-for-purpose
    Actively Drive the implementation with pro-active risk management and communication strategy to ensure timely delivery

Customer:

  • Actively Work efficiently with the stakeholders to elicit requirements that are fit for purpose, recommending appropriate stakeholders to be involved with elicitation activities
    Maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders and communicate plans, requirements and actions clearly and concisely
    Validate requirements with the stakeholders and the project team and provide input to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer expectations.
    Work with the project team in line with project deliverables.

Process:

  • Adhere to established ANZ policy and procedures and display an understanding of project and risk practices and governance.
    Display knowledge of change and project management, demonstrate ability to document and communicate changes and risk effectively and provide input for the impact assessment and risk assessment.
    Support the analysis of project and program risks and issues, adhere to change control processes and requirements traceability throughout the life of the project or program in accordance with established effective document management.
    Document processes in line with the agreed solution that will be delivered by the project

People:

  • Provide clear deliverable scopes, timeline and guidance to his / her direct reports.
    Ensure ANZ value, new way of leading, and growth mindset are well aware of and adhere to by his / her direct and indirect reporting.


Risk/compliance/behaviours:

  • Assist project assurance on risk management and approval activities by providing operational risks identified and mitigation controls
What will you bring

  • Strong domain knowledge of customer services, cash products and channels of ANZ
  • Understanding of Risk management framework in financial services, and it s application in both project management and operations perspective
  • Experience and high level of expertise in all aspects of automation and digital project & programme life cycles
  • Experience of working in Implementation/Change Manager experience in Financial Services
  • Experienced in process documentation and stakeholder presentation packs
  • Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with a moderate complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.
  • Experience of interacting at senior levels and ensuring credibility is maintained through solid delivery against commitments
  • Capable of documenting processes in a concise manner and able to create management packs for reporting.
