Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the various activities required to be performed for the adoption of the strategic KYC solution in jurisdictions globally. This role requires intimate knowledge of KYC processes in the Institutional domain as well as proven skills in business analysis and data analysis. The Analyst will assist the Business Project Lead and will work with a wide range of stakeholders in the Division (business, operations, technology, projects) and Group (finance, risk, data governance, technology) to:

Identify, understand and map process and activities across the Onboarding processes
Identify areas of issues or weaknesses that require resolution and help in prioritization
Develop, with help from the business, associated requirements for change and data migration requests
Work with technology and business to ensure all required artefacts are complete for change/migration requests
Support Technology and Business to implement agreed solution options and business change recommendations

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

Engage in-country stakeholders to document as-is processes and propose the to-be process as part of business process impact analysis for change requests and data migrations
Provide walkthroughs for project deliverable artefacts, answer questions and get approvals from senior stakeholders like country COO, System Owner, Project Director, Technology Product Owner, Head of KYC Operations etc.
Lead the data analysis aspect of KYC/customer data as per project requirements without any unreasonable slippages
Good understanding of Group Tax (CTT) and Financial Crime Program (FCP) requirements on the KYC system and Onboarding process
Have ownership of providing access to KYC systems as part of business rollouts while complying with IAM policy
Identify issues in data quality and work with the data remediation team to resolve the same
Build and maintain close working relationship with Operations and data quality team to understand, enhance product/process knowledge

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

At least 6 years of experience in Institutional Onboarding domain with real world experience in large change transformation projects with enterprise and multi-country scope
Strong domain knowledge of KYC, Customer Onboarding and Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
Demonstrable experience in business analysis and data analysis
Expert in GoldTier functionality, knowing not only what needs to be done but why as well
Display initiative with a demonstrated ability to manage time priorities
Able to build strong, open collaborative working relationships
Strong engagement, communication, and presentation skills
Experience in working within a team, delivering change delivery milestones as per aggressive schedules
