The Release Lead is responsible for providing project planning, management and oversight for key initiatives and implementation projects, ensuring first that these initiatives and projects are closely aligned with ANZ Technology strategic priorities, and second, that these initiatives and projects are completed on-time, within scope and budget and with an extremely high quality of deliverables.
You ll have capability in coordinating resources and interdependencies across multiple streams of work. The Project Manager will provide structure and leadership to a broad, multi-disciplinary project team comprised of internal people, vendors, and contractors. Experience in large, complex, dynamic environments is essential. To be successful in this role, you ll be a confident communicator with experience in negotiation and influencing skills.

What will your day look like
Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
Assigns and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget

What will you bring
10+ years project management experience.
Lead the end to end delivery, from inception through to delivery of small to medium to sized initiatives and/or key pieces of work within programmes or projects
Work collaboratively with key business owners and stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for the customer
Work collaboratively with 3rd party vendors to deliver the best outcome for the customer
Provide financial budget oversight across project deliverables
You will operate across multiple teams to ensure delivery is aligned
Operate with stakeholders and influence when required to ensure project delivery
Support and contribute to Project Governance deliverables including project progress reporting and escalations
Identify and manage the risks, issues and dependencies throughout the delivery framework
Apply sound management principles and work within the ANZ Delivery Frameworks.
Agile experience at scale, innovative problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset.
Experience in Handling high complex migration and lifecycle management.
Experience in Integrating complex application products.
