Role: Mid-Level
As a key member of our Product team, you will be instrumental in guiding and developing collages and clients through the Release Process. Your role includes responsibility for continuous improvement and development of the release process. As a release manager, you are responsible for overseeing the entire release and deployment process, from planning and coordination to execution and post-release support. The Release Manager acts as a coordinator between the clients and the different teams involved in the release process, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal.
Collaborate with stakeholders on release planning, scope, and timelines.
Coordinate and project manage release activities across multiple teams, including Development, DevOps, and Customer Success.
Create a release schedule encountering development cycles, testing deployment, and customer testing.
Ensuring releases are executed within appropriate times and have minimum impact on customers business.
Oversee the deployment of releases into customer s test and production environments, ensuring that all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with the Development and Customer Success team to ensure that releases obtain quality standards and are thoroughly tested before deployment.
Review test plans, results, and feedback to identify areas for future improvement.
Ensure release documentation, procedure, and process are up to date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the release process. Providing regular updates on status, progress, and key milestones.
Address any concerns or issues raised by stakeholders to management in a timely and transparent manner.
Address any issues, hotfixes, or incidents that arise during testing and deployment, working with the customer success team for timely resolutions and minimizing impact on the customers.
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and quality.
Desired Skills & Requirements
With the experience of 5-7 years and at least 3 years into relavant as release management experience.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience in planning and managing all release activities.
Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written) are important.
Strong coordination and interpersonal skills; team player.
