Job Description

Job Title: Growth Marketing Executive

Location : Gurugram


We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Executive - D2C Growth to support our digital marketing efforts and help drive growth for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working with external agencies, tracking day-to-day campaign performance, and preparing detailed reports for senior management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and internal teams.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Campaign Management & Day-to-Day Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor Campaign Performance: Track the day-to-day performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.), ensuring that they align with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with External Agencies: Work closely with external agencies to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns. Provide feedback and suggestions for optimization to improve performance.
  • Optimize Ad Spend: Assist in managing and optimizing ad spend across channels, ensuring that campaigns are running efficiently and within budget.

2. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare Reports for Management: Generate regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and present them to senior management. Highlight key insights, trends, and recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Track KPIs: Monitor key performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and conversion rates, and report on campaign performance against these targets.

3. Agency and Vendor Coordination:

  • Coordinate with Agencies: Maintain regular communication with external marketing agencies to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Work with them to implement adjustments based on performance data and changing business needs.
  • Provide Performance Feedback: Collaborate with agencies to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, providing feedback on creatives, targeting, and optimizations to improve results.

4. Campaign Optimization Support:

  • Assist in A/B Testing: Support A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to identify the best-performing combinations.
  • Monitor Ad Creatives: Ensure that all ad creatives are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging, and assist in gathering creative assets from internal teams as needed.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that campaigns align with broader business goals and are integrated seamlessly with other marketing efforts.
  • Support Growth Initiatives: Assist the senior marketing team in executing broader growth initiatives, including new channel testing and product launch campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, ideally in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
  • Agency Coordination: Hands-on experience working with external agencies to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel to track and analyze performance data.
  • Data-Driven:Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make recommendations for campaign optimizations based on performance.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to monitor multiple campaigns and ensure they are running efficiently and within budget.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create clear and actionable reports for senior management.
  • Basic Budget Management: Experience in monitoring campaign budgets and making adjustments based on performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Reporting Tools: Experience with reporting and data visualization platforms like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of SEO & SEM: Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM practices to complement paid marketing efforts.
  • Basic Knowledge of CRO: Exposure to conversion rate optimization strategies and how they impact the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
