Operations Team Leader

Job Title: Operations Team Leader - Supply Chain (South Region)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive with 1-3 years of experience in managing vendor portals, last-mile logistics coordination, and end-to-end PO tracking. The ideal candidate should be from the South region and have hands-on experience with FBA, FBF (Appointment Booked), Sellerflex, and Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Big Basket, and Reliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vendor Portal Management:

• Work on various vendor portals like FBA, FBF (Appointment Booked), Sellerflex, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Big Basket, and Reliance.
• Ensure accurate and timely booking of appointments on the respective portals.

2. Order Tracking and Coordination:

• Track POs end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery to designated locations.
• Coordinate with last-mile logistics partners to streamline operations.

3. Validation and Discrepancy Resolution:

• Perform 2-way validation of PRN, GDN, and GRN to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and claim discrepancies through vendor portals or directly with logistics partners.

4. Credit Note Management:

• Follow up with portals and logistics partners to resolve discrepancies and obtain credit notes.

5. Performance and Compliance:

• Work proactively to maintain RIS% (Reliance Inventory Score) and other performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and timelines.

• Experience:
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in vendor portal management, logistics coordination, and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge:
• Familiarity with FBA, FBF, Sellerflex, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Big Basket, and Reliance vendor portals.
• Understanding of PRN, GDN, GRN processes and 2-way validation.
• Skills:
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to resolve discrepancies and manage claims.
• Proficiency in using vendor portals and Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Location:
• Candidate preferred from the South region and available for on-ground coordination when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Experience in Quick Commerce platforms and managing last-mile logistics operations.
