We purchase and sell cargo, handle the shipment overseas, and acquire the relevant documentation for export and import. Tasks can change according to performance and ability. Duties:

• ⁠ ⁠Maintain and update Excel and Google Sheets
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure all documents are properly filed and organized
• ⁠ ⁠Review and verify the accuracy of documents
• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor and track document changes and revisions
• ⁠ ⁠Provide support in document retrieval and distribution
• ⁠ ⁠Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Requirements:

• ⁠ ⁠Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• ⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills
