Job Description

Objective (The main purpose of the position)

The person would be responsible for shaping and executing strategic HR operations to enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Will lead key initiatives in HR Digitization, Performance Management, HR Policies & Processes, Rewards & Recognition etc., The person's role is integral to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture, ensuring our HR practices are not only compliant but also innovative and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position):

- Develop and implement HR process and system enhancements to increase controls and efficiencies across the organization.

- Lead HR digitization initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

- Implement and manage HR technology solutions to automate routine tasks.

- Analyze and optimize digital HR workflows to reduce manual interventions.

- Responsible for maintaining employee database on HRIS

- Manage HR analytics, including monthly dashboards, MIS, manpower budgeting, and system updates.

- Responsible for compliance to all HR process i.e. onboarding, transfers & offboarding and ensure all compliances are done as per SOP

- Review and revise all HR policies and SOPs regularly to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.

- Ensure data sanitization and effective data management practices

- Create and drive the Rewards & Recognition framework across the organization.

- Execute all Rewards & Recognition initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation.

- Foster strong employee relations by regularly engaging with employees at all levels.

- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their concerns and providing support as needed.
