UI/UX Designer - Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD (4-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Position Overview :

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for our incentive modeling and gamification system.

You will collaborate closely with the product managers, developers, and UI/UX Head to ensure that the system is not only functional but also aesthetically appealing and user-friendly, driving key business metrics like website visit-to-lead conversions, lead-to-sales improvements, and enhancing the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities :

User Interface Design :

- Design high-fidelity user interfaces, including wireframes, prototypes, and design assets for the incentive system.

- Focus on enhancing user engagement, improving lead conversion rates, and optimizing sales funnels through thoughtful design.

- Design dashboards, leaderboards, and gamified components that are visually appealing and easy to use.

Improving User Journey Metrics :

- Optimize the website visit-to-lead experience by refining landing pages, CTAs, and user flows to boost lead generation.

- Focus on improving the lead-to-sales process by creating seamless and frictionless user flows that guide prospects through the conversion process.

- Work on improving the purchase journey by designing intuitive steps for users to complete purchases or other desired actions.

- Enhance the customer journey, ensuring smooth transitions between touchpoints for a better overall experience, resulting in higher customer satisfaction and retention.

User Research & Testing :

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.

- Use data analytics and user insights to improve the overall user experience and make iterative design improvements.

- Collaborate with the UI/UX Head to address identified pain points and refine the system design.

Collaboration & Iteration :

- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to implement and iterate on designs based on user feedback and system requirements.

- Iterate designs based on A/B testing and user analytics to enhance performance and conversion.

Design System :

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a cohesive design system for consistency across the product.

- Ensure UI/UX best practices are followed for scalable design solutions.

Qualifications :

- Strong experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.

- Proven ability to improve key metrics like website visit-to-lead conversion, lead-to-sales, and customer journey through design.

- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability testing.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally with product and development teams.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
