Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic CEO to lead one of the leading Events & Entertainment company into its next phase of growth and innovation.
The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic planning, operational excellence, client relations, and financial performance.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience in event management, entertainment, and brand activation, coupled with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of scaling businesses in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build strategic partnerships and collaborations with clients, artists, and vendors.
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring excellence in event planning, execution, and client satisfaction.
- Drive efficiency across all departments, including creative, production, marketing, and sales.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage the company's P&L to ensure sustainable profitability and revenue growth.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Secure funding or investments as needed to support expansion and innovation.
Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients while expanding the client base.
- Represent the company in industry events and public forums to enhance brand reputation.
- Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, including the board of directors.
Team Leadership:
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in event management and production.
- Encourage collaboration and innovation within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or the entertainment industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling businesses and managing large teams in dynamic environments.
Skills:
- Strong business acumen with expertise in P&L management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for creativity and storytelling.
Education: MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
