Human Capital Consultant (Contract)

Responsibilities :
a.Understand sourcing requirements and screen candidates for role fitment.
b.Extensively does outreach and branding to pitch the position to incumbents from the industry
c.Source, screen lead and manage sourcing for all candidates.
d.Gives a minimum 75% conversion rate on Sourced vs Profile shortlisted for interview.
e.Presents detailed daily MIS on candidates touched vs converts.

Notes:
-Willing to take this up as a project for an initial period of 3 months. The position may evolve to become a full-time role in January 2025.
-The individual needs to have their own job portal access & good connections on social media.
-Total open positions are 10, with around 7 different Job roles. This is fixed + variable model, only immediate starters are requested to share credentials.
