Role:-

An HR Trainee assists the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks while gaining hands-on experience in HR processes. They support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
• Support employee relations and performance management activities.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
