HR Trainee

Job Description: -

• Support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, Training etc.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to conducting initial screening. and scheduling interviews, and managing candidate, and hiring manager communications.
• Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• New Hiring Documentation & Orientation.
• Support the L&D with scheduling and coordinating the virtual/classroom training sessions.
• Coordinate in Training content preparation.
• Preparing reports and MIS for Recruitment & Training.

• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good Knowledge of HR Domain & practices

Qualifications: -

• MBA/Masters degree in Human Resources
• Previous internship or coursework in HR is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm to learn and grow in the field of human resources.
