Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resource Associate. The Human Resource Associate will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee engagement, and personnel management.

The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to HR management and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This is an on-site role located in Gurugram.

Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Knowledge of Recruitment
Familiarity with employee engagement
Experience in personnel management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
