Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Software Training Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding client needs for skill development and offering tailored training solutions. This role involves working with businesses and individuals to promote and sell software training programs, ensuring they gain the skills needed to maximize productivity and software adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Prospecting and Outreach:
    • Identify and target potential clients who need software training services.
    • Utilize a variety of methods, including cold calls, emails, and networking, to generate leads.
  • Solution Selling:
    • Assess client needs and recommend suitable training programs, whether for teams, departments, or individual professionals.
    • Clearly articulate the value of training solutions in improving software proficiency and operational efficiency.
  • Product Presentation and Customization:
    • Deliver engaging presentations to clients, explaining training offerings and their benefits.
    • Work closely with clients to customize training packages that align with their specific requirements.
  • Pipeline and Relationship Management:
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM systems.
    • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Partner with the training delivery team to ensure programs meet client expectations and timelines.
    • Act as a liaison between the client and the training team to address any concerns or adjustments.
  • Sales and Revenue Goals:
    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for training programs.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company policies.
  • Market Awareness:
    • Stay updated on trends in software training and learning solutions.
    • Gather feedback from clients to improve and expand training offerings.

  • Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in professional training, software solutions, or technology services.
  • Experience in selling to corporate clients and decision-makers is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
    • Ability to explain the value of training programs to non-technical audiences.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales management software.
    • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Goal-oriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
