Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior IT Solutions Architect with 11+ years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex IT systems. In this role, you will lead the architectural design for enterprise-level IT solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. Your expertise will drive innovation and the modernization of our technology stack.

• Develop robust, scalable, and future-proof IT architecture solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design cloud-native, hybrid, and on-premise architectures for enterprise systems.

• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams, guiding them through solution implementation.
• Oversee architectural governance to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Conduct reviews of designs, code, and solutions to ensure quality and security.

• Lead cloud migration initiatives and recommend adoption of emerging technologies.
• Implement modern architectural frameworks like microservices, serverless, and API-driven designs.
• Optimize IT systems for performance, cost, and operational efficiency.

• Partner with product managers, developers, and business leaders to align technology with business goals.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party solutions for integration.

• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO).
• Integrate security best practices into all aspects of architecture and design.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 11+ years of experience in IT, including 6+ years in solution architecture roles.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade systems.
• Experience leading large-scale cloud migrations and implementing hybrid cloud solutions.

• Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript).
• Proficiency in database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and integration technologies (REST, SOAP).
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and data governance principles.
