Senior Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field. The role requires strong sales skills, the ability to build relationships with clients, and drive business growth. A two-wheeler is mandatory for this position as the job involves field visits and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients (buyers, sellers, and investors) through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate properties to prospective clients, highlighting key features, pricing, and benefits to close sales.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate property deals, handle objections, and successfully close sales.
• Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends, property values, and competitors to offer competitive solutions to clients.
• Field Visits & Site Inspections: Conduct property viewings and site visits for clients, providing them with all necessary information to make informed decisions.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system for tracking and follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or similar sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Two-wheeler is compulsory for local travel to meet clients and conduct property viewings.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
