Senior Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporates and MICE companies
• Identify potential clients and generate new business leads from Bangalore market
• Provide accurate and timely information to clients on resort services and packages
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
• Attend networking events and trade shows to represent the resort
• Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management
• Develop group/promotional packages as per business needs for the specific target segment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback to the management on market trends and customer needs
• Prepare and submit reports on sales activities and customer feedback
• Assist in Budget and forecasting exercise for the Sales Department and make necessary amendments in the execution of business
• Ensure customer data is accurate and up-to-date in the sales database

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing or related field

3-5 years of experience in sales or hospitality industry

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proven track record of achieving sales targets in similar luxury hotel segment

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Sound knowledge of Bangalore market and industry trends

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software applications

Must be fluent in English,Hindi and preferably Kannada (added advantage)
