What you will do:

Job Summary: Lead - Campaigns

We seek a highly skilled Campaign Lead with 5-10 years of experience in digital campaign execution, and data management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading Campaign Strategy, managing multiple stakeholder, analyzing digital Campaign data, and extracting actionable insights. This role demands strong expertise in Excel, SQL, and digital campaign platforms like Clevertap, Netcore, Moengage or any other similar CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy:
• Develop Targeted Campaigns: Create tailored campaigns that resonate with specific audience segments, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize impact.
• Align Campaigns with Business Objectives: Ensure all campaigns are strategically aligned with business goals, measuring success through clear KPIs and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Campaign Data Management:
• Serve as the primary owner of all campaign-related data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all dashboards and reports.
• Manage, update, and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into campaign performance.
• Campaign Execution:
• Execute digital campaigns using platforms such as Clevertap, Netcore, Moengage, etc.
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Excel & SQL Expertise:
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other data analysis features, to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
• Data Analysis & Insights:
• Analyze digital campaign data to extract actionable insights that will drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Foster Collaborative Relationships: Build trust and strong working relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring open communication and effective issue resolution.
• Tailor Communication Strategies: Develop and implement stakeholder-specific communication plans, addressing unique needs, interests, and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors or Masters degree from a premier Institution (IIT/IIM or a recognized Tier 1 institution)
• Bachelors degree in Technology (B.Tech) or a related field.
• An MBA degree from a recognized college will be an advantage.
• Experience:
• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in campaign execution, campaign management and data analysis.
• Proven experience with SQL database language.
• Skills:
• Strong expertise in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other data analysis tools.
• Proficiency in digital campaign platforms such as Clevertap, Netcore, and Moengage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
