Job Description
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Present products/services to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our products/services.
- Provide Feedback: Share insights from customer interactions with the marketing and product development teams to help improve offerings.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up communications.
- Bachelors degree in Business preferred.
- Proven experience in sales in Real Estate and/or Digital Agencies catering to Real Estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
