- Following through with customers after selling products or services is important to make sure they are happy and deal with any misgivings or queries they might have.
- Provide valuable recommendations and advice to customers regarding contemporary trends in interior design and home decoration by staying informed of these changes.
- Promote repeat business opportunities through strong customer relations management
