Job Description

Experience: 3-6 years of experience with a well-reputed real estate or SaaS firm

Profile :

Should be an MBA with 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the CRM space or

in some IT SAAS system.

Ideally, s/he should have Real Estate Developers or Real estate channel partners as one

of the key client segments in the experience.

Should have a good track record of sales, with numbers to prove that on MOM/YOY.

Should be technology-savvy and able to pick up nuances of tech systems easily.

Understand client needs and propose feasible solutions.

Perform comparative market analysis

Meet clients, intermediate negotiation process, legal and related matters, ensuring fair and

honest dealing.

Able to develop a network of internal and external referrals for the business.

Being abreast with the developments in the real estate sector on proptech solutions or SAAS,

understand its impacts on the micro and macro level of the sector.
