Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Bullmen Realty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and channel partners, and driving sales to meet organizational targets. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities in line with company goals.
Client Engagement: Explain property details and services to customers, addressing inquiries and providing clear and accurate information.
Brand Representation: Develop and promote Bullmen realty as a leading brand by maintaining service standards in line with company policies.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and key stakeholders through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Sales Prospecting: Reach out to potential customers via calls and meetings to perform a needs analysis and identify sales opportunities.
Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring all relevant documentation is submitted and deals are closed efficiently.
Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, track progress towards sales targets, and provide insights to top management.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team targets, ensuring sustained growth.
Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and position Bullmen realty as a market leader.
Customer Account Management: Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.
Job Specifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain product offerings and engage clients.
Personality: A pleasing personality, confident in managing sales within defined company guidelines.
Networking Skills: Strong PR, social, and networking skills to build and expand the customer base.
Creativity & Problem-Solving: Out-of-the-box thinker with a proactive approach to delivering solutions for both self and the team.
Sales Performance: A results-oriented individual with a proven track record in direct sales and a strong sense of sales acumen.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to organizational culture and drive sales in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of the real estate market and trends is an advantage.
