Position Overview
As an Assistant Manager/Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to acquire new users, retain existing customers, and drive revenue for TPP products like Mutual Funds, Insurance, ETFs, Structured Products, Fixed Income Products, etc. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and data teams to identify opportunities and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
1) Personalization of Digital Products (TPP) • Drive Digital Revenue Growth by owning the end-to-end funnel stage metrics for an acquired client including Onboarding, Engagement & Retention. • Develop insights by understanding the customers' needs/pain points by conducting relevant market research, data analytics and other exercises. • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies to achieve key business objectives, including user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Routinely assess competition and understand their product offerings and portfolio of products. • Analyze user journeys to identify improvement areas to increase traffic and conversions. • Strategize & execute goal-oriented communication strategy to drive usage of products/increase business. • Campaign conversion by conducting A/B Testing & automating those campaigns when satisfactory conversion is reached.
• Demonstrated expertise with MoEngage (Must Have), including hands-on experience in designing and executing Omni-channel campaigns.
2) Innovation & Improvement
• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
• Capture trends, opportunities, and potential areas in the financial market for enhancing product offerings
• Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
• Constantly work on new ideas and execution for getting the first mover advantage
3) Collaboration
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work on detailed feedback analysis & give recommendations for growth through digital activities
• Prepare and present reports & data analysis to various stakeholders and constantly work on improvising the results
4) Reporting
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Feedbacks & Surveys of various Product Goals and measure the effectiveness.
• Constantly monitor these metrics and share insights to improvise customer satisfaction & retention rates
• Dive into data driven strategies and analysis to focus on best product offerings
Experience
1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Commerce, or related fields. MBA preferred.
2) Min 2 years of experience in digital product management, business analytics, or related roles.
3) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable deliverables
4) Proven track of developing and implementing digital product strategies and achieving aligned targets
5) Strong understanding for visual aesthetics and design principles ensuring that the design elements are pleasing, cohesive and aligned with brand identity
6) Knowledge of design thinking principles and methodologies
7) Familiarity with financial products/services and market trends in the Indian financial sector
